You Will Need:

  • Spoon
  • Containers with lid
  • Beeswax/ paraffin
  • Vitamin E Oil
  • Olive oil/ coconut oil/ castor oil/ almond oil/ sesame oil
  • Lipstick/ Beetroot juice/ food coloring/ Eye shadow.
  • Essential Oil/ Torani Syrup.

Let’s Do It

Step 1: Take two tablespoons of Beeswax into the bowl. At this time, you must keep in mind to use a bowl that is microwave safe.

Step 2: Place the bowl inside the microwave. Make the microwave temperature high for 1 minute at least. Let the beeswax melt completely.

Step 3: Add 1 tablespoon of carrier oil of your choice. You might use any one among Olive oil/ coconut oil/ castor oil/ almond oil/ sesame oil.

Step 4: Add one to two drops of Vitamin E oil. This will help in the nourishment of your lips.

Step 5: It’s time to add flavor to your lip gloss. Add one to two drops of your essential oil to the mixing bowl.

Step 6: Now, if you want to add color to your lip gloss, you can choose anyone among Lipstick/ Beetroot juice/ food coloring/ Eye shadow. I mostly use lipstick for my lip gloss. The proportion of lipstick you use will decide the shade of your lip gloss.

Step 7: You will now place the mixing bowl inside the microwave. Set the temperature on high for at least 40 seconds. Make sure the substance in the bowl has completely melted. I don’t want your hands to get burned so, handle the hot bowl with care.

Step 8: Move the hot solution quickly inside the container. Make sure the containers that you are going to use have lids. This will help to keep your lip gloss protected.

Step 9: Use the lip gloss at least 30 minutes later. Your lip gloss must cool down completely before you use it. You can also use a refrigerator to make this cooling process faster.
